  Have never had such a terrible experience before!!! Hot chocolate s my favourite and ordered one here thinking will be the best of all but to my surprise had to run to the toilet several times the rest of the day!!! Never ordering a hot chocolate again! Worst experience ever :(

  I recently came in to visit the store for my morning latte which I always do before I head to work.
  I was absolutely disgusted with what I saw! The manager (i think her name was Charlene) berrating staff within eye and earshot. Not a single person in there looked happy at what they do, (no doubt all had an earful from the so called manager). I can understand the need to reprimand staff in the event of error but to be tearing them a new one while in close proximity of customers is downright disgraceful. And what happened to that friendly green haired boy that used to serve me most days? Oh that's right he was fired! Perhaps management need to spend less time bragging about what happens in their stores? I'm a manager myself and I would never act as childish or downright horrible as she was from start to finish. I for one will not be back. Management needs an overhaul!
  I anticipate nobody will bother to answer this level of complaint since the lack of care I see must come from somewhere higher up. Or maybe you don't actually interview your applicants in the first place.
  
  I don't even believe you deserve one star but it was the lowest I could give!
