  Lovely coffee (as always) shame about the size. Yet another visit where the coffee sits well below the top of the cup - in this case over an inch below the rim.
  
  Perhaps if the staff could stop chatting to each other and concetrate on what they're doing they might get it right - unless pehaps it's deliberate to push up profits.
  
  Next stop will be seeing whether there is still a weights and measures department in the council.
  
  Avoid this outlet. The Costa in McArthur Glen is much much better.

  I have a newborn baby I've asked a couple of times for a cup of cold water to cool down my baby's bottle. I have had no problems getting a cup. It is such a great service.
